What are pallet layer pads?
Pallet layer pads are also known as corrugated plastic tier sheets, plastic tier sheets or pp hollow board separators, they are very popular. It is made of high-strength, impact-resistant and environmentally friendly polypropylene as raw material. It is widely used in packaging, transportation, and storage of glass bottles and electronic products.
Corflute layer pads/sheets place between layers of product for preventing extrusion and collision of goods. These packing sheets offer surface and edge padding, as well as preventing dust and moisture. They are ideal for moving glass bottles and can be customized in suitable thicknesses and colors. Our PP plastic layer pads are durable, tear-resistant, and can be reused for up to 50 cycles, making them to be a cost-effective solution.
