What is flame retardant correx sheet?
Flame retardant correx sheet, as the name suggests, is a correx sheet with flame retardant function. It is made by adding flame retardants to PP plastic raw materials to prevent burning due to fire, thereby reducing economic losses. Customers can choose the flame retardant grade according to their own needs.

So how do we test the flame retardant grade?
- After two 10-second burning tests on the correx panel, the flame was extinguished within 60 seconds. There can be pp hollow board burning objects falling, this is V2 level fire rated correx.
- After two 10-second burn tests on the pp corrugated sheet, the flame was extinguished within 60 seconds. There can be no pp hollow board burning objects falling, this is V1 level fire retardant correx.
- After two 10-second burning tests on the coroplast board, the flame was extinguished within 30 seconds. There should be no correx board burning material falling off. This is a V0 level fire rated correx sheet, and it is also the best performance fire rated coroplast.
