What are Collapsible Pallet Containers?

Durable, recyclable and economical, Collapsible pallet containers provide the perfect solution for logistics and turnaround systems to support, store, protect and transport unit loads of bulk goods or materials. Pallet Sleeve Containers consist of HDPE pallet bases, top covers and foldable polypropylene triple wall panels. The tray base and top cover are nestable so the sleeve packaging system can be stacked stably to help optimize storage and shipping utilization.

Polyflute plastic bulk containers have a collapsible design, offer excellent empty container return rates, and help reduce shipping costs and storage space. Although used as a whole, the trays and bottom covers on the market are set to a standard size, and can be purchased separately to replace the old base and top cover.
