What are corflute layer pads?
Corflute layer pads are made of high-quality recyclable non-toxic pp corrugated sheets and perfectly sealed on four sides and corners to guarantee optimum hygiene for reusable purposes.
Sealed sides and corners of our layer pads can prevent dirt, dust & liquid accumulation and infestation as well. They are widely used in packaging, transportation, and storage of glass bottles and electronic products.
They are ideal for moving glass bottles and are available in appropriate thicknesses. Our corrugated plastic layer pads are durable, tear-resistant, and can be reused for up to 50 times, making them a cost-effective solution.

Options of polyflute plastic layer pads:
1.Size: We can customize the layer pads in any size, the maximum width we offer is 2600mm.
2.Thickness: Our plastic corrugated layer pads can be manufactured to any thicknesses between 2mm-12mm. If you don’t know about thickness, we will recommend it for you.
3.Weight: We measure the weight of our products in grams per square meter. Again, we are flexible here, but the higher your gram per square meter (GSM) is, the stronger and solid the material will be.
4.Color: Our regular colors: white, black, blue, grey. We also can customize other colors according to customers’ needs, such as yellow, red, green, etc.
5.Custom printing: we can print your logo or number on layer pads.
