• Structure: The most significant difference is the difference in structure, one is a lattice structure, the other is a honeycomb structure.
• Process: The board of corrugated polypropylene boxes is formed by extrusion. The board of polypropylene honeycomb boxes is made of three layers by hot pressing.
• Weight: PP honeycomb box is slightly heavier than PP flute box for the same boxes of the same specifications.
• Hardness: pp honeycomb board is harder than pp corrugated sheet.
• Price: The correx box is cheaper than the PP bubble guard box, which is why it is so popular.
